The High Performer to Office Influencer program (HPOI) is a hybrid coaching program that is designed to elevate you to the next level--quickly.

+What’s the cost?
The cost of the program is $2,250. Your payment is discounted to $2,100 for paying in full!
+How many 1:1 calls do I get?
Your first week of HPOI, you will have an initial 50 minute Deep Dive call with me as part of your onboarding. Each month of the program, you get 2, 40-minute Clarity Calls. This means in Month 1, you get 3 1:1 calls, and a total of 7 1:1 calls throughout the 12 weeks of the program.
+Are there payment plans available?
Absolutely. If you choose the installment plan, you can make 3 monthly payments of $750 instead.
+What if I’m not really looking to manage people or “climb the ladder”?
This program is absolutely for you even if you are not looking to manage people. Office Influencers have a set of skills that make them respected and influential, regardless of where they are in the hierarchy. This same set of skills will help you achieve ANY goals you have around job title or income.
+How much time will I need to dedicate to the program each week?
The modules are designed to be short, impactful, with no fluff. You will invest around 3 hours per week (total) into consuming the modules, attending your coaching sessions, and implementing the teachings into your daily life by completing the exercises and supplementary materials.
+I really want to work on my communication skills at work. Will this program cover that?
Yes! Clear and Confident Speaking is one of the 8 Differentiators of an Office Influencer. This program will include explicit training on different communication styles, framing and tailoring important information to leaders and executives, and anticipating the types of questions that leaders and executives ask.
+What if I want to work with you but this program doesn’t look like the right fit?
If anxiety and under-confidence are not your primary problems, I also do custom 1:1 coaching arrangements that can be tailored to what you, specifically, want to work on, including high-level leadership skills and communication skills.
